Bronte is passionate and dedicated to supporting her clients in a personalised approach to Pilates, no matter your age, physical ability or experience.

Background and Training

Bronte’s teaching journey started 12 years ago as a Dance Teacher and has lead Bronte to teach in various sectors of the community. She discovered Pilates when she was training as a Contemporary dancer and rehabilitating a lower back injury. After seeking guidance from other practitioners, a regular Pilates was Bronte’s only relief from this reoccurring injury.

Her first experience as a Pilates instructor began teaching Pilates to Dance students, as complimentary training. This is still very much a passion of Bronte’s, as she hopes to assist other young dancers as they transitions into the demands of a professional dance world.

Bronte’s intrigue to understand the complexities of the human body, has lead her to complete a Certificate IV in Mat Pilates 2018, become a Certified Practitioner of Pilates Studio 2019, and further upgrade her training to complete a Diploma of Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Instruction Method in 2020.

Since completing her Pilates qualifications in 2019, Bronte has worked as a Studio Pilates Instructor in a number of Pilates Studios across the Hunter Region and, is highly experienced working with the general community.

With a special passion in injury rehabilitation and prevention, Della Bosca Pilates has been developed to create an inclusive movement environment where everybody can experience the power of the Pilates Method. Her classes are designed around each individual clients goals and needs, with a focus on movement alignment, postural awareness, strength training and versatile movement patterns. Bronte hopes that with regular pilates practice, her clients can manage pain and injury, to live healthy and active lifestyle.
